About Us

Our Director and head operator Dylan, lives and breathes all things earthworks.

While working for a landscaper as a teen, he began his journey on the humble spade and quickly developed a passion for earth moving. Later, when contemplating a career, he knew machine operating is where he wanted to be.

Over time he developed a name for himself as one of Auckland's most sought after Bobcat operators.

Originally hailing from West Auckland - but sick of the rat race, Dylan moved with his wife and three children to the Bay of Plenty and hasn't looked back. Shaping the same path in the bay!
